Our Guarantee
R-dent strives to provide 100% satisfaction on every case. We guarantee that the restoration requested will fit the original model work and be fabricated as per instructed on original RX. R-Dent will remake or repair any fabricated product at a discounted rate or free of charge. This guarantee will be honored with an original invoice number, patient’s name, date of original invoice, and all original model work and/or original impression. Each RX must be filled out thoroughly for all services to be performed. R-Dent does not pull prior information from previous prescriptions.
Credit Policy
R-dent sends invoices with each case upon delivery. Our statements are mailed on the last business day of each month. Statement balances are due in full within 30 days of the last business day of the month. A service charge of 1 ½% per month will be charged to any remaining unpaid balance. All costs associated with collecting any unpaid balance including legal fees, will be charged to the customer.
