DDX
R-Dent has always been committed to delivering innovative technologies that increase practice / lab efficiency and improve patient care. We are pleased to make DDX available to all our clients.
DDX is a web based communication tool that allows R-Dent customers to:
- Submit cases electronically to R-Dental and instantly receive a case return date that is based off of time in transit and our current production capacity
- Receive and pay invoices and statements electronically
- Upload and store digital files and have them permanently associated with your DDX case
- Access past statements and invoices any time
- Setup multiple DDX user accounts for your staff and control the access for each account
DDX is a free service for your practice and has been designed to enhance communication between your office and R-Dent. You can access DDX through a standard internet browser with no software installation at https://800026.ddxdental.com/, or from within integrated practice management software applications. The following practice management software applications are DDX Enabled: Dentrix G2+, Easy Dental 2008+, Dental Vision 2009+, Dental Vision Enterprise 2009+, OMSVision 2009+, PerioVision 2009+, EndoVision 2009+.
